This notice explains how information submitted through the Moedim Harvest buyer inquiry and oil waitlist forms is used.
How information is used
A clear purpose for every submission
Moedim Harvest uses submitted information to assess, respond to and follow up on buyer inquiries, supply-program requests and oil-availability interest.
Why it is used
To respond to the request, assess initial feasibility, organize follow-up questions and provide availability or program updates where consent has been given.
Access and retention
Information is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle the inquiry and is retained only as long as reasonably needed for that purpose or applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your submitted personal information, or withdraw from availability updates, by emailing info@moedimharvest.com. Withdrawing from updates does not prevent Moedim Harvest from responding to a sourcing request you initiated.
Do not submit confidential formulas, complete specifications, personal farmer information or other restricted material through the first-contact form. The team can establish an appropriate diligence pathway after contact.
Website analytics
If you choose to allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral and campaign sources, and whether a completed inquiry or waitlist request came from the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not track individual visitors. Moedim Harvest also uses consented first-party journey records to understand which public pages and sourcing pathways lead to a submitted brief. When a visitor submits a form, that consented journey may be connected to the inquiry in our private lead-management system. We do not send the name, email address, company name or commercial brief from a form to Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Analytics storage is denied unless you give permission. You can change your choice at any time by selecting Analytics choices at the bottom of the page. Essential site functions and inquiry submission continue to work when analytics is declined.
